Envision Travel Service provides on its online platform to potential travelers direct contact to one of our travel consultants, who will individually plan, agree on and carry out a personalized trip.

To Secure your booking, We are offering a low down payment of 20% The remaining balance can be paid up to two days prior to your arrival date or upon arrival at the destination to your tour manager.

 

•  If however you do need to cancel, The cancelation policy is as follow:
  - Up to 30 days before the trip start date, a cancellation fee equal to the previously agreed down payment or equal to 20% applies.
  
  - From 15 to 29 days before the trip start date, 30% of the total price of the trip is non-refundable.
  
  - From 7 to 14 days before the trip start date, 60% of the total price of the trip is non-refundable.
  
  - And 6 days or less before the trip start date, 90% of the total price of the trip is non-refundable.
  
  - Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.
  
  

Children policy:

- Under 2 years old: free of charge.

- Under 6 years old: 25% of total tour cost for an adult individual.

- Under 12 years old: 50% of total tour cost for an adult individual.

- All children 12 or older are considered adults.

- If your tour package includes flights, an extra supplement for your child may apply.

- The website and services offered by Envision Travel Services are available only to, and may only be used by, individuals who are 18 years of age and older.
